Civil Scapes specializes in premium landscaping and civil construction projects, including high-end landscaping designs, commercial car parks, building works, and road construction throughout Queensland. The Role: As Project Controller, you'll be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of multiple projects ranging from detailed landscaping to major civil works. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to ensure successful project delivery across Civil Scapes' diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage project scheduling and progress tracking across varied project types
- Oversee contract administration and variation management
- Coordinate accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare detailed project reports and financial analyses
- Support procurement and subcontractor management
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records
- Assist in cost estimation for landscaping and civil works

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project controls within civil construction
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Advanced Excel and database management skills
- Experience with both civil infrastructure and landscaping projects
- Strong understanding of project financial controls and reporting
- Proven ability to streamline processes and improve systems
- Excellence in stakeholder management
- Background in continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects of varying scales
