What you'll be doing:

This is a
Civil / Project Engineer
role that mixes design understanding with real-world delivery.

Think of it as the bridge between office and site, where design meets dirt.

You'll work roughly
50/50 office and site
, helping manage construction, contract administration, and civil project delivery across the Sunshine Coast and SEQ region.

  • Support and lead infrastructure upgrades, urban works and land development projects.
  • Oversee inspections and certification tasks, with an undergraduate helping with the smaller stuff.
  • Manage sub-consultants and clients with confidence and autonomy.

You won't be thrown in solo; you'll join a tight team led by a senior with 20+ years of experience who's hands-on, straight-talking, and believes in learning by doing.

Who this suits:

You might have 2-8 years' experience, or you may have more, and you're ready to step up.

You're comfortable on site, confident with clients, and curious about the bigger picture.

  • Construction or contract admin exposure? Great.
  • Design knowledge? Helpful but not critical. An understanding of how things get built is what counts.
