**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Project Administrator to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team in Caboolture. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of quality assurance while working alongside a dynamic team of professionals. As a Project administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the QA team in various tasks related to claim validation, document preparation, data analysis, and communication with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assisting with claim validation and document preparation**: Collaborate with the QA team to verify the accuracy and completeness of claims by reviewing relevant documents and ensuring they align with established guidelines.

**Reviewing excel claim reports**: Thoroughly analyse excel claim reports to identify missing claim quantities and documents. Take proactive measures to reconcile any discrepancies and report findings to the QA team.

**Working with the QA team to find missing information**: Collaborate closely with the QA team members to identify and acquire any missing information or data required for quality assurance purposes.

**Drawing maps**: Utilize your mapping skills to create accurate and detailed maps when missing or incomplete maps are identified in the documentation.

**Reviewing test results and flagging items**: Analyse test results obtained from various operations and identify any items or issues that require further attention. Collaborate with the operations team to address and resolve identified concerns.

**Key Requirements**:
Strong MS Excel skills

Construction industry experience

QA and analytical experience

Data Entry skills
