IPA has a long-standing history of providing staff to the Queensland Government and are currently partnering with our client to recruit a Project Support Officer in the Sunshine Coast.

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Develop and update a SharePoint site to communicate project deliverables
- Administer, maintain and ensure the delivery of a range of support activities
- Provide high level administrative support to project managers and team members, including coordination of team meetings, take and distribute minutes, documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets
- Ensure operational practices and standards of service and performance comply with departmental and regional policies
- Ability to assist Project Managers and Engineers to undertake and maintain Project/Program administration
- Previous experience in the government sector
- Evidence of high-quality written work and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a project administration role
- Ability to multitask and prioritise urgent activities
