About the Role

As the Contracts Administrator you will

  • Manage onboarding and compliance of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Support commercial activities including contract preparation, variations, claims and governance
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop procurement strategies and resolve commercial issues
  • Maintain accurate commercial records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
  • Assist in dispute resolution, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the development on commercial tools, templates and training

Required Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related field
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of subcontracting principles and commercial frameworks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SharePoint and JIRA
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative, solutions focused mindset with high attention to detail
