This is a permanent position offering hybrid working conditions with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that plays a critical role in managing our national supply chain and ensuring commercial compliance across high impact projects.

About the Role
As the Contracts Administrator you will
- Manage onboarding and compliance of subcontractors and suppliers
- Support commercial activities including contract preparation, variations, claims and governance
- Collaborate with project teams to develop procurement strategies and resolve commercial issues
- Maintain accurate commercial records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Assist in dispute resolution, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development on commercial tools, templates and training
Required Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related field
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of subcontracting principles and commercial frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SharePoint and JIRA
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, solutions focused mindset with high attention to detail
