Due to our continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Coordinator/Administrator based in Brisbane QLD or Perth, WA. Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating training for our workforce. Join us and make a difference

**Role Accountabilities include**:

- Ensure that training and development programmes are delivered economically and effectively
- Developing, scheduling, co-ordinating and ensuring delivery of training programmes within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Maintaining and facilitating a suite of quality trainers.
- Encouraging and developing Contract Resources employees to their full potential, consistent with the company’s needs.
- Develop a training plan based on training needs and ongoing business requirements. This will be done with Regional Managers, and the Workforce Planning Manager.
- Review training and development needs/actions.
- Facilitate online training requirements.

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar or administrative role.
- An understanding and knowledge of Training legislation (Desirable)
- Self-motivated, team driven with a desire to add value to the discipline
- Personable with strong relationship management skills
- Flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication (written and verbal) capability
- Well developed IT capabilities (i.e. Word, Excel)
- Have a high level of analytical and computing skills
- A current Drivers licence
