Contracts Administrator
This role will play a key part in supporting the contract and commercial functions, with a strong focus on invoice management, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process contractor and supplier invoices in line with contractual terms and project milestones.
- Track invoice status and maintain up-to-date records in contract management systems.
- Verify supporting documentation, progress claims, and payment schedules.
- Maintain contract registers, variation logs, and correspondence records.
- Monitor contract deliverables, key dates, and compliance with terms and conditions.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contract variations, extensions, and claims.
- Liaise with legal, engineering, construction and account teams to ensure alignment on contractual matters.
- Collecting and analysing data for reporting purposes.
- Act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a contracts administration or support role, preferably within EPC or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to renewable energy projects (solar and BESS) highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field are advantageous.

- Experience working on client-side or owner's representative teams.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
