Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator located in Brisbane, QLD. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and negotiating contracts, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Daily tasks include evaluating contract agreements, performing risk assessments, and maintaining detailed records of contract changes. The role also requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, Cost Control and Forecasting
  • Proficient in the use of Jobpac
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
  • Experience in Procurement processes. ProcurePro experience prefferable
