Medic Cloud is looking for a passionate and reliable Junior IT Support Technician to join our close-knit team based in Melbourne's western suburbs.

This is a full-time entry-level role ideal for a school leaver or TAFE graduate who's serious about building a real career in IT. You'll be supporting medical clinics, dental practices, imaging centres, and veterinary clients—so attention to detail and communication quality is everything.

Your role will include:

• Answering support calls and emails with clear, fluent, and natural-sounding English

• Providing technical support remotely and occasionally on-site

• Setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, basic networking, and Microsoft 365 environments

• Following processes carefully and escalating issues when needed

• Learning and applying procedures that minimise client downtime

• Contributing to a calm, reliable, and responsive support culture

• Working closely with experienced techs to deliver a high standard of service

• Documenting all work clearly and accurately in our internal systems

What you'll be trained in:

• Microsoft 365 and certification

• Sophos Central Endpoint and Firewall Management

• Use of PSA and RMM systems for managed IT services (e.g. ConnectWise suite)

• Real-world support practices specific to the healthcare industry

What we expect from you:

• This is not a role where we chase you or remind you to stay on task—you must be self-motivated

• You must have excellent spoken and written English—don't just say it; prove it by how you write your application

• We don't expect you to know everything—but we do expect you to ask the right questions, take notes, and improve every week

• You must be able to take a joke and work within a team that values accountability, directness, and mutual respect

• A driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential (you'll need to visit client sites)

• You must have full Australian working rights—no sponsorships or temporary visas
