Our client is hiring for the position of ICT Customer Support Officer. This is a This is a full-time position with annual earnings between $70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation on offer depending on skills and experience.

The general day to day duties will be as follows:

- Efficiently responding to and resolving IT assistance requests from computer users
- High level software and technical support to users both on-site and remote in a fast-paced environment
- Perform troubleshooting both on-site and remote
- Managing the run-up and decommissioning processes for collection centres.
- Managing conflict resolution matters
- Actively participating in regular team meetings and engaging in project management as required.

Qualification, skills and experience:

- Diploma level qualification or equivalent work experience in ICT Customer Support
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills both in person and remotely
- Knowledge of best practices around security, local and network-based user and group accounts and permissions, and data protection
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and with mínimal guidance
- Enjoys technical challenges and takes pride in solving them
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in person and remotely

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
