Yealink Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) solutions
 in Victoria

This role is for someone who blends technical skill with commercial focus, moves fast, and holds themselves to the highest standards — an A Player who leads from the front.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and grow Yealink MTR solutions in your state — from first demo to closed deal
• Deliver 10+ product demos and 1–2 training sessions per week
• Generate 25 MTR quotes weekly, with a fast 1–2 hour turnaround
• Maintain a 70% quote-to-close rate by driving customer confidence and clarity
• Help us reach 500+ Yealink MTR units per month across Australia
• Step in with PC repairs or basic IT support when not focused on UC sales
• Provide Tier 1–2 post-sales support with SLA-based ticket response times
• Align SLAs to solution complexity and customer expectations

Your Experience & Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Room, Yealink, or 3CX solutions
• Strong sales experience in a channel, technical, or pre-sales environment
• Excellent communication skills for demos, training, and quoting
• Ability to manage multiple deals while maintaining attention to detail
• Hands-on tech capabilities for light support and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with SLA frameworks and post-sales support standards
