Skyaus Infrastructure is one of leading providers of telecommunications services within Australia. We design, build, supply and maintain wireless, and copper networks and products for the regions and leading operators. We have become key contributors to the end-to-end delivery of wireless networks, from SAED to construction, commissioning, acceptance handover and support.

We are seeking an experienced ICT Manager who will be working both as an integral member of the Management team and an expert in IT System Administration. The ICT Manager will strategically plan and monitor the IT system of the organisation, and report directly to the General Manager.

**Duties**
- Analyse ICT risks and information needs and specify relevant technology
- Design and implement the ICT procedures, policies and practices for the company
- Monitor the selection and installation of ICT resources and networks including LAN, WAN and appropriate network segmentation
- Provide user training
- Participate in coaching employees, including the recruitment and selection of the IT team
- Direct ICT operations and set priorities between system developments, maintenance and operations
- Oversee the security of ICT systems, establish backup resources and contingency plans
- Conduct system audits, evaluate the outcomes, and resolve any conflicts that appear in the progress of project implementation
- Make amendments to project as necessary based on client updates and feedback, or reports of the ICT Department
- Administer and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the ICT Department

**Qualifications**

Applicant must have one of the following:

- Bachelor's degree or higher education in ICT or relevant field, plus two (2) years of post-qualification experience; or
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience

**Skills**
- Previous experience in determining the security of ICT Systems, managing the ICT Operations
- Strong understanding of technology requirements and trends to meet the company’s ICT future growth plans
- Extensive experience in developing information and communication technology plans, methodologies and strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, honest and well-presented

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
