As a Service Coordinator, you will be crucial in scheduling work for a small team of service technicians to ensure that all customer contractual requirements are met on time. You will also utilise your effective time management skills to undertake a range of administration tasks, including:

  • Processing approved works to be completed and emergency callouts
  • Data Entry, filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Providing updates on service works to Managers
  • Ordering stock and maintaining stock levels
  • Invoicing

To succeed in this position, you will have demonstrated experience working in a team environment, strong administration skills, and the ability to multitask to ensure the day runs smoothly.
