
Program Coordinator, Adelaide Crows Institute of Sports Business

The Adelaide Crows Institute of Sports Business is seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to play a key role in delivering projects and programs within Adelaide Football Club's newly formed Adelaide Crows Institute of Sports Business, including delivery of the Diploma in Sport Management offered with our education partner, Adelaide University.
This full-time role is reporting to the Program Manager, Adelaide Crows Institute of Sports Business and based at the home of the Adelaide Crows at West Lakes and at the new Thebarton facility from late 2026.
As Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the Program Manager and key business units at the Club to deliver outstanding student experiences, coordinate placements, present high-quality audience engagement, and drive the continuous improvement and growth of the Institute.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and attend student career events, build connections with prospective students and schools, and maintain strong relationships with external organisations and education partners.
- Support a high-quality student experience through placements, events, and access to university services, ensuring students are engaged, supported, and set up for success.
- Contribute to program evaluation, process improvements, and marketing initiatives that enhance program delivery and awareness.
- Collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners, sharing creative ideas and anticipating stakeholder needs to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Model professional conduct, commit to ongoing development, and support adherence to codes of conduct for both staff and students.
Our ideal candidate
The Adelaide Football Club are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and collaborative person with proven experience coordinating competing priorities and managing diverse stakeholders while achieving positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven experience in planning and delivering successful events or presentations, excellent time management, and high attention to detail. Experience in higher education, VET, training, or the sport sector is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will also have:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
