- Facilitate and process commercial payments including deposit payments and creditor claims and retention invoices.
- Prepare and compile handover documentation and assist with defects.
- Monitor progress of program initiatives and update program documentation.
- Prepare project status reports for project managers and stakeholders, regularly monitoring and updating program.
- Schedule and attend site, project and stakeholder meetings, minute taking and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
About you
Ideally, coming from a similar role in the Construction industry, you will understand the principles of Project Management, the administrative and compliance requirement that underpin them, and have worked with subcontractors and clients. You will have a Bachelor of Construction Management, or equivalent, and will be highly organised, coordinating various activities and ensuring successful completion, with a proven ability to manage compliance databases.
- Experience in commercial fitout and refurbishment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated to develop your career within the construction industry
