Our client is a design-driven timber flooring specialist, delivering bespoke projects across luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a tight-knit team based in Surry Hills. Supporting two experienced Project Managers, you'll play a central role in ensuring high-end flooring projects are delivered seamlessly — on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and schedule trades across multiple projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations
  • Provide proactive and clear client updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage procurement of materials and oversee deliveries
  • Assist with project close-out in collaboration with the financial controller
  • Use core platforms including Salesforce, Slack, GroundPlan, and Google Workspace
