The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Pakenham team. The role is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead and facilitate improvement initiatives to drive productivity, cost savings and efficiency across the site. Through your experience you will be able to identify operational deficiencies in current state processes, training, or business practices & lead the implementation of initiatives to improve and sustain. You will work closely with our production, maintenance and quality departments to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
The person we seek.
To be successful, you will have a proven background in a similar role within an FMCG manufacturing environment with tertiary qualifications in engineering or operations/manufacturing management. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience across continuous improvement using Lean tools, with success in driving change across process improvement to meet ambitious KPI's. Ideally you will have qualifications in Lean Six Sigma & be a strong communicator with high attention to detail & logical reasoning. You will be analytically minded and a methodical problem solver.
