Your Role in Shaping Quality and ImpactAs the Continuous Quality Improvement and Funding Contract Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving quality improvement initiatives and overseeing our funding contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of a robust quality management framework while supporting our dedicated staff across various programs. Your leadership will empower teams to achieve compliance with accreditation standards and enhance service delivery outcomes.
In this dynamic role, you will identify new funding opportunities, prepare high-quality applications, and manage contracts effectively. Your expertise will help us maintain strong relationships with funding bodies, ensuring DAHS has the resources necessary to thrive and innovate. Who You Are: A Passionate Change AgentWe are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to quality improvement and has a strong background in contract management. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we want to hear from you
- Tertiary qualification or significant experience in managing Quality Management Systems.
- Proven experience in quality improvement initiatives and grant writing.
- Exceptional communication skills for preparing reports and engaging with stakeholders.
- Ability to train and mentor staff at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- A current C class WA driver's licence and relevant clearances (National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Check, First Aid).

Exciting Salary & Benefits Await YouThis role comes with a competitive salary of $91,093 plus superannuation, alongside fantastic benefits that include:
- Annual airfare from Derby to Perth and return after 12 months of continuous employment (valued at $1,683).
- Accommodation allowance of $7,800 to assist with your living expenses.
- Five weeks of annual leave per year, pro-rata, with a 17.5% leave loading.
