FOCUS ON FURNITURE,one of Australia's fastest expanding Furniture and Bedding retailers is currently seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager.

As a Store Manager you must be results driven and always striving to achieve the best results from your team on a daily basis. This is an opportunity to utilise your leadership, management and sales skills to assist expanding the store to new heights. You will also be focused on promoting a high level of customer service and encouraging a positive team culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring excellent customer service is provided by yourself and all staff members at all times
  • Provide staff training, guidance and develop strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with Management to achieve company and store goals
  • Coach and motivate your team, including role playing and training to develop their sales strategies
  • Assist in Visual Merchandising and store presentation to a high standard
  • Efficiently and effectively handle and solve customer service inquiries

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience and skills in retail sales (furniture experience will be highly regarded but not essential)
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
  • A passion to provide exceptional customer service
  • Training, coaching and people management
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Must be available to work most weekends
