Are you an organized, proactive, multitasker who thrives in a dynamic and fun environment?

We're looking for a full-time Admin & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing and supportive team in Malaga.

Our office hours are 7am-3pm / Mon-Fri.

This is a fast paced and varied role where you'll be at the heart of our operations - managing customer enquiries, scheduling jobs, supporting the team on the road and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What a day in the life would look like:

  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth

  • Schedule appointments for quotes and work orders - knowledge of Perth suburbs a must

  • Liase with clients

  • Take payments and follow up outstanding invoices

  • Assist the team with ordering materials

  • Carry out general office duties

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Confident handling phone and email enquiries

  • Previous admin and scheduling experience preferred

  • Familiarity with Simpro an extra bonus (or ability to learn quickly)
