Our office hours are 7am-3pm / Mon-Fri.
This is a fast paced and varied role where you'll be at the heart of our operations - managing customer enquiries, scheduling jobs, supporting the team on the road and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What a day in the life would look like:

Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth

Schedule appointments for quotes and work orders - knowledge of Perth suburbs a must

Liase with clients and contractors

Take payments and follow up outstanding invoices

Assist the team with ordering materials

Carry out general office duties
