Cherry's Catering is looking for a versatile and proactive Admin & Catering All-Rounder to join our team This is a hybrid role combining administration, customer service, kitchen/event support, and occasional delivery tasks – perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.

Main Key Responsibilities, Administration & Sales

  • Handle customer communications – emails, phone calls, and inquiries
  • Book and manage catering orders and event details
  • Process orders, issue invoices, and track payments using MYOB
  • Assist with marketing tasks – social media, newsletters, and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey

Kitchen Support

  • Assist with food preparation and order packing
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Help maintain kitchen organisation and manage inventory

Event Support

  • Help set up and pack down events (tables, décor, equipment)
  • Act as wait staff during events, ensuring a great guest experience
  • Support with deliveries and on-site logistics

Deliveries

  • Deliver food and equipment to clients when busy or needed (company vehicle provided)
  • Ensure prompt, professional, and safe delivery
  • Report any delivery issues to the team

Office Maintenance

  • Keep the office space, staff coffee space clean, stocked, and organised
  • Support general admin and filing tasks
  • Maintain basic office equipment and supplies

Job Types: Casual, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift
  • Shift work
