We are looking for a motivated Construction Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things well organised, understands the construction environment and is confident with bookkeeping and payroll in Xero.

About the Role

You will support the daily running of our construction projects and office operations. The position will begin on a part time basis with the opportunity to grow into a full time role as our workload increases.

Key Responsibilities

  • General construction administration and project support

  • Managing quotes, purchase orders and supplier invoices

  • Xero reconciliations and basic bookkeeping

  • Preparing and processing payslips and timesheets

  • Maintaining project records and compliance documents

  • Liaising with subcontractors, clients and suppliers

About You

  • Previous experience in construction administration or a similar role

  • Confident in the use of Xero which is essential

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach to teamwork

  • Reliable, proactive and able to manage your own workload
