With a growing client base, we simultaneously manage multiple residential projects, providing tailored, end-to-end outdoor renovation solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team and assist in managing client and subcontractor contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Successful candidate must have

  • Diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a contract administration or similar role within the construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
