Boston Institute is a CRICOS-registered English language college located in the heart of Sydney CBD. We specialize in high-quality English and PTE preparation programs, helping students achieve their desired English proficiency scores for study, migration, or professional registration.

About the Role

We are looking for a Student PTE Consultant to join our growing team in Sydney. This role requires a strong understanding of PTE Academic and excellent communication and sales skills to guide students towards achieving their target scores and enrolling in the right courses.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective students — assessing their English goals, explaining course options, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult students aiming for specific PTE scores and guide them through available course options.
  • Analyze student scorecards and provide personalized advice based on their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Assist with student enrollment and follow-up communication.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales and enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in our CRM system.
  • Represent Boston Institute professionally at all times and provide high-quality student service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum PTE Score of 79+ overall (equivalent to IELTS 8.0 in each band) — mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of the PTE Academic test format, strategies, and scoring system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales or counseling experience in an education or training environment (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
