About Us

MCI Institute (MCI) is a multi-award-winning Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing an extensive range of online qualification programs. We have received 36 awards in the past 18 years including one of the Australian Financial Review’s Most Innovative Companies in Australia.

Our innovative learning methodologies allow individuals to complete our qualifications without being in their future industry yet. We are now seeking a passionate and driven Course Advisor to join the team.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
Selling to individual prospective students

Qualify students through a Consultative Needs Analysis

Update lead information as required in Salesforce

Work collaboratively with Student Admissions department

Establish and maintain appropriate accountability and communication structures within MCI Institute, ensuring key stakeholders receive regular updates

Strong drive for success

Hungry to make sales

High degree of self-motivation

Positive can-do attitude

Ability to work autonomously from home and in team environment

Strong organisational skills

Strong negotiation and relationship building skills

Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM

Previous online education knowledge (desirable but not essential)

B2C and Call Centre Experience is desirable
