**Role**
We are looking for a Course Coordinator to make a meaningful contribution to our students’ online learning experience. You will play a key role in the design, development and evaluation of innovative learning and assessment materials for a defined suite of courses in higher education, vocational and non-accredited courses.
This role would suit a learning and development specialist with experience in designing and developing learning and assessment materials, who holds strong project management and coordination skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Report to the Academic Programs Manager and work alongside other Course Coordinators
- Contribute to and project manage the design and development of new, engaging online learning & assessment materials
- Coordinate the update or refresh of existing online materials in line with relevant schedules
- Undertake course improvement activities, including validation, moderation, and course review
- Work closely with SMEs (who write course content) and Digital Developers (who transition content into online format)
- Provide support to Student Services when required and address any specific course concerns

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in an L&D environment in a Higher Education provider or RTO (essential)
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or upgraded TAE40110) (essential)
- Project management and coordination skills (essential)
- Experience in developing learning resources to enhance students’ experience
- An active interest or qualifications in the Finance/Financial Services industry (including but not limited to the following areas: Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking, Insurance) (desirable)
- A bachelor’s degree (desirable)
