EF International Language Schools Pty Ltd is looking for an energetic and organized individual to join our team as a Student Services Manager at our Sydney school.

Role & Responsibilities

The Student Services Manager is a full-time role at our campus: you are the first and main point of contact for our EF Sales Offices, students, and suppliers alike. The role encompasses the overall administrative functions for the school and operations, including handling local sales & extensions, student visa administration, student support & satisfaction tracking, and the coordination of the Internship Program and the Job Club.

Student Services has a link to all departments, and as it is the core of the production of the EF school, no day will be the same.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Act as a key point of contact for EF Sales Offices in over 50 countries, managing student bookings and processing changes

· Review and confirm all bookings in the CRM system while preparing student visa documents

· Support student welfare by addressing concerns and ensuring their well-being

· Collaborate with accommodation, activities, and academic departments to resolve student inquiries

· Respond promptly and professionally to both internal and external queries

· Assist students with their OSHC insurance claims

· Provide exceptional customer service to students and visitors

· Offer general support to the school team, with a focus on assisting the activities team and their events

· Participate in the school's emergency phone roster on a monthly basis

· Handle direct sales inquiries, walk-in sales, and student extensions

· Oversee the coordination of the Job Club service

· Support the management of student discipline matters

· Assist with student arrivals and take the lead in organizing intake days and graduation events

Requirements

· Bachelor level or above qualification

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill

· Highly developed customer service focus

· Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail

· Awareness and appreciation of cultural differences

· Ability to remain calm under pressure

· Positive attitude

· A strong sense of ownership and drive to succeed

We will require all employees to hold a valid Working with Children Check. You must also be willing to take a First Aid Course & Mental Health First Aid Course.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
