We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. (2-3 years' experience is preferred)

Working within a strong team environment, there are excellent systems and procedures in place, allowing you the opportunity to focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Real Estate and a strong background in client relations.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising & negotiating with rental providers and renters
  • Undertaking market reviews and implementing rent increases
  • Attending to rent arrears and completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Proactively managing repairs and ongoing maintenance of properties
  • Handle emails and enquiries, Owners, Renters, Tradespeople etc.
  • Conduct Open for Inspections
  • Preparation of documentation and attendance at VCAT hearings
  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections using Inspection Express

You will have:

  • Completed Agents Representative Certificate
  • Computer and customer skills
  • Have a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, ensuring compliance with Tenancy laws and regulations
  • Proactive team player
  • A positive "Can Do" attitude
  • Well Presented
  • Have own reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Victorian Police Check
