We offer the largest and most comprehensive range in the industry, including our patented Expression Coffin range, the internationally acclaimed Batesville Casket Company range, and our traditional Ashton Manufacturing line. Key Perks:
- Attractive Package: $90,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions — once your baseline is achieved, earn on every sale with no limits and be rewarded directly for your success.

- Limited Travel – Primarily NSW-based travel, with occasional short trips interstate to support national operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term B2B client relationships, delivering exceptional service and care. Travel to meet and exceed sales targets in your territory and support the Business in managing key multi state accounts.
- Gain the loyalty and trust of clients through professionalism, empathy, and consistent follow-through.
- Represent our brand with integrity, showcasing our premium product range and market-leading quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage your schedule effectively, travel across NSW, and achieve strong sales outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience and a passion for customer service, or a person who has significant experience within a related or sensitive industry.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and handle emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to hit targets and add value to customer relationships.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills – able to forecast, track, and interpret sales performance.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to work autonomously while remaining team focused.
- Experience within the funeral industry or other sensitive sectors is highly regarded.
