B2B Sales Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Development Sales Support Coordinator, focusing on the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day contact for B2B clients, providing timely support and ensuring smooth communication
- Process and monitor product orders, ensuring accurate entry into internal systems and on-time delivery
- Prepare and manage invoices, liaising with finance to ensure accurate billing and timely payments
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, agreements and account information
- Support BD team in tracking account performance and preparing regular reports and summaries.
- Coordinate with internal departments (retail, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Assist with preparing account-related presentations, proposals and documentation
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues or escalating to the appropriate team
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
About You
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in account coordination, sales support or administration preferred.
- Comfortable working with order management systems, spreadsheets, and invoicing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
