We are looking for a bubbly and ambitious Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will respond to phone and email inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and build strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will bring a sharp sales mindset, a passion for connecting with people, and the drive to chase leads, close deals, and grow sales. The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team located in Laverton North. Your exceptional organisation and communication skills will be used to manage various administrative tasks and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Respond to all sales inquiries, via both inbound phone calls and warm outbound leads.
- Take messages for overflow calls taken for other departments.
- Daily management of on-road operations and on-road problem-solving.
- Review and recommend improvements to current systems and processes.
- Account management of current commercial customers.
- Outbound communication to existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and promotions to engage with potential customers.
What do you need?
- Previous relevant experience is desirable, but we are willing to teach the right person.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Energy, vibrancy, and a genuine motivation to succeed.
- Exceptional capacity for building rapport.
