We're looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join the marketing team at our Botany Head Office. You'll sit within our high-performing, award-winning eCommerce team, leading the strategy and execution of our email and SMS marketing.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating high-impact campaigns and automated customer journeys using Klaviyo — ensuring every touchpoint is engaging, personalised and drives results. From launching new spirits to promoting unique customer experiences like masterclasses and tailored gifts, you'll bring the Archie Rose brand to life for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning end-to-end execution of email and SMS marketing — from CDP setup, strategy and segmentation to building, testing, deployment and analysis
  • Driving database growth via targeted acquisition campaigns, competitions, partnerships and lead generation initiatives
  • Planning and delivering automated lifecycle flows to boost conversion, retention and customer loyalty
  • Briefing creative and design teams on CRM content needs, managing timelines to ensure assets are delivered on brand and on time
  • Maintaining a high-performing, compliant database — overseeing list hygiene, segmentation and seamless platform integrations (Shopify, Klaviyo and more)
  • Analysing and optimising performance by reporting on open rates, CTRs, revenue and engagement trends to continually refine our CRM strategy

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years' experience in email and SMS marketing, ideally within eCommerce D2C brands
  • Proven ability to develop and execute CRM strategies that drive engagement, retention and revenue
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms — particularly Klaviyo, Shopify and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data segmentation, email deliverability, automation flows and best-practice personalisation
  • Confidence with reporting and analysis — able to turn insights into action
  • A knack for creative briefing and working with design and content teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Excellent project management skills and a passion for continuous improvement
