**About the role**

We're looking for a strategic leader and exceptional communicator to elevate our bid function within the growing Speciality Services team at Green by Nature. As our Bid Services Manager, you bring a passion for winning work and will:

- Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid and tender responses
- Oversee a high-performing team including a Bid Writer and Business Development Manager
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business development, operations, finance and legal
- Drive innovation, process improvement, and consistent bid success
- Support a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

**What You’ll Bring**
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (APMP certification a bonus)
- 5+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar field
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing large or complex bids
- Excellent project management and written communication skills
- A collaborative, strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)
