Costi Seafood & Martins United are leaders in the seafood market in Sydney, Newcastle & Victoria.

We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic and motivated full time digital marketing all-rounder to join our team.

The role covers a wide variety of responsibilities across two main areas.

Your role will involve a variety of web development, SEO, videography and marketing admin duties, including:

- Develop, manage & deliver SEO strategies and campaigns.
- Execute general marketing activities and create engaging content for digital media, including targeted paid advertising campaigns.
- Assist the marketing team to deliver social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, including copywriting, image sourcing, audience building and regular optimization

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Relevant qualifications to match the skills required are highly valued.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
- Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing or a general marketing role, including experience working with FB advertising, Google Analytics and LinkedIn.
- Intermediate level skills and experience in white-hat on-page & off-page SEO.
- Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM systems.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel & Google Drive, Docs, Slides & Sheets.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- A proactive approach to deadlines and time frames.
- A positive, proactive and solution-focused attitude.
- The ability to analyse data and report interpretations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for marketing, lifestyle, design and the latest trends in content marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
