Position

We are expanding and seeking a skilled and qualified Locksmith to join our dedicated service and office team. In this role, you will work alongside some of the finest professionals in the industry, contributing to our ongoing success and growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Locksmith with extensive knowledge of hardware and locks.
  • Product knowledge of door hardware is advantageous.
  • Proficient with computers, as most tasks are handled via computer (strong computer skills and willingness to learn new software are a plus).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Capable of sourcing answers for customers promptly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to customers on security needs.
  • Occasionally train apprentices.
  • Manage job bookings and organization using Servicem8.
  • Place orders with various vendors.
  • Conduct site surveys for commercial and residential clients as needed.
  • Organize and manage stock for on-the-road jobs.
