O.K, it may not really be a Unicorn we are looking for (although that would be fun, wouldn't it?) We are technically looking for a Master Keying / Coding Specialist.

A little bit about the role…

·       Coding large and small master key systems into ProMaster Master Keying software

·       Providing telephone support to our locksmiths in the field

·       Liaise with both internal and external clients

·       Enter new jobs into the management software

·       Maintain company database and CRM information management

A little bit about you…

·       Be a Unicorn (o.k, that bit isn't mandatory)

· yr + of experience in coding master keying systems

·       Experience using ProMaster Master Keying software and hands of experience as a Locksmith would better for us than being a unicorn but, not a deal breaker if you've used other software or haven't worked as a Locksmith

·       Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

·       Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

·       Ability to work in a team or autonomously as needed

·       Highly organised with great time management skills
