About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Revenue & Growth Department, based at our Essendon Fields headquarters. This pivotal role reports directly to the General Manager – Revenue & Growth.

The Opportunity:

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute strategically to our brand's visibility and market penetration. The Marketing Coordinator is instrumental in supporting the holistic planning, precise execution, and insightful analysis of diverse marketing initiatives. This encompasses enhancing brand presence, driving lead generation, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all our platforms, complemented by critical administrative and event coordination functions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Campaign Management: Assisting in the end-to-end development and implementation of integrated marketing and lead generation campaigns; coordinating online, print, and social media activities; and rigorously tracking and analysing performance data to inform future strategies.

  • Content Creation: Crafting compelling and effective content for varied marketing channels, including print materials, social media platforms, email campaigns, and website, while meticulously maintaining a consistent brand voice and message.

  • Event Coordination: Strategic planning and comprehensive coordination of marketing events, industry trade shows, and bespoke promotional activities, managing all logistics from venue selection and vendor liaison to precise attendee communication.

  • Social Media Management: Overseeing and actively managing the company's social media accounts, developing engaging content, monitoring online conversations, and contributing to the strategic evolution of our social media presence for enhanced brand awareness and engagement.

  • Administrative & Support: Meticulously maintaining marketing databases and materials, preparing insightful reports and presentations on marketing performance, and providing essential administrative support for departmental operations.

About You:

You are an organised, proactive, and results-oriented professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for marketing. Your ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment will be key to your success.

Required Attributes & Experience:

  • Demonstrated strong organisational and superior time management capabilities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency across key social media platforms and relevant marketing tools.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and contribute effectively within a team structure.

  • A solid foundational knowledge of core marketing principles and strategies.

  • Previous experience in a marketing support role is highly regarded.

  • Familiarity with marketing software and Content Management Systems (CMS) for website updates is desirable.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
