Hot off the press, we are on the hunt to find a talented Brand Marketing Executive for one of Australia's fastest growing and thriving Renewable Energy businesses.

This exciting disruptor of the solar energy and renewables industry, is helping thousands of Australians keen to save money on their energy costs and reduce their impact on the environment. Who wouldn't want to be a part of that cause?

Due to this steady rise to fame, this highly modern and well funded organisation needs a savvy Brand Marketing professional, with a broad skillset and interest in brand development, customer experience, content creation and event/partnership management. 

The ideal candidate we're after here, would have experience running branded marketing campaigns spanning multiple channels, and be good at content creation briefs, community engagement, reporting and analysis. A desire to tinker, strong analytical skills, Google Workspace experience, and budget tracking are a must, as well as superb attention to detail.

We are keen to hear from experienced brand marketing professionals, as well as recent Marketing Graduates who are keen to take their career to the next level. Ongoing training, mentoring and support is provided, as well as joining a forward thinking business with a great culture.

You'll join a small and nimble Brand-focused team working on product marketing, developing partnerships, customer experience improvements,  and growing the brand across every channel…plus more

What will your day-to-day look like? These are some of the tasks we are working on...

  • Support the execution of a branded product campaigns to deliver on agreed initiatives
  • Discuss and coordinate new brand engagement concepts with our global team in Germany
  • Craft and distribute a quick external communications piece for a cohort of customers
  • Finish off a content creation brief that highlights our unique installation experience, and make travel arrangements to facilitate.
  • Report on customer ratings, and identify actionable trends
  • Hop into Figma and develop a Social Asset
  • Touch base with a Council regarding a bespoke renewable energy program

This role can be flexible, with a hybrid office/WFH depending on your preference, as our client has the tools and resources to help you stay connected. You will however be required to work from the office in Torquay at least 3 days per week.

On offer to the successful candidate is a generous salary base salary of up to $90k + super (commesurate with experience).
