We are looking for that person who is deeply motivated and easily inspired, with a willingness to work varied hours, including occasional weekends.
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role plays an integral part in expanding LaManna’s relevant audience and nurturing customers through the path to purchase journey. The role will also work closely across LaManna’s internal departments to deliver timely and engaging content that builds positive brand sentiment.-
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Support marketing team in developing and executing marketing plans
- Provides marketing ideas, solutions and creativity across the department
- Flawless execution of marketing program
- Supports with social media planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
- Support with developing and executing events, EDM and other marketing activations and tactics
- Developing concepts for bringing to life content across marketing
- Data analysis and reporting
- Engagement with stakeholders for marketing inputs and outputs
- Coordinating and facilitating internal and external meetings, stakeholders and communications
- Executing digital advertising campaigns
- Developing integrated marketing plans
- Other duties as required by the marketing team

**Skills and Experience |**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
- Marketing experience in retail/ FMCG
- Knowledge of marketing principles
- Copywriting and content creation experience, in particular, FMCG and food content
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Marketing mindset with an ability to identify opportunities across the business
- Ability to monitor food, creative and marketing trends and implement those which are relevant to the business
- Ability to understand marketing plan and execute flawlessly
- Strong storytelling mindset and ability
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to build key relationships and collaborate across departments
- Willingness to work varied hours, including occasional weekends
- Creative flair and an ability to meet deadlines, often with competing priorities whilst producing quality content
- Maintain appropriate professional conduct, especially in the area of ethics and confidentiality.
- Good command of the English language, both written and oral is essential.
- You must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be able to work within a diverse team and be able to adapt to the unpredictable.
- You must have an open mind and be willing to learn and grow with the business.
- You must be reliable and flexible. Punctuality is essential to succeed.

**Academic or Trade Qualification | Certifications**
Tertiary qualification in marketing or related discipline.-
