Sales Coordinator

**Who we're looking for**
We are seeking a highly self-motivated person with an outgoing and go-getter attitude to join the team at our Essendon office.

As a Sales Co-Ordinator, you will be assisting a team of successful Sales Agents and working behind the scenes to ensure that all property onboarding and marketing strategies are run seamlessly within the team.

This is a busy and varied role that requires a desire to work and collaborate in a successful team environment. You'll be preparing properties for sale, assisting and delivering paperwork, and liaising with both internal and external vendors/stakeholders. You will find each day can be different, but the underlying need will be for you to support and help run 'the well oiled machine' This role is Monday to Friday, and a current Agents Rep Certificate is required.

Your day-to-day duties will vary, but will include;
- Management and coordination of all sales campaign’s & assets
- Coordination of open for inspections, auctions and relating team members
- Managing sales documentation admin including authorities, sales reports, commission statements, advertising schedules
- Coordination of all listing uploads to the portals
- Day to day general admin tasks
- Maintenance of all files relating to campaigns

**What you'll need**
- Current Victorian Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- A current Agents Rep certificate
- Previous experience within Real Estate
- Experience with property onboarding and marketing initiatives.
- Experience with software Box and Dice would be highly regarded.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A strong client focus and shared values
- Must be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
