**Job Description**:
We seek a dynamic and experienced NDIS Marketing and Sales Strategist to join our team at Peak Care Services. As the NDIS Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives to increase our organisation's visibility and client base. Your primary focus will be marketing our services to potential clients, families, and stakeholders within the NDIS sector. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new clients and achieve business growth targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Peak Care Services within the NDIS sector.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and social media posts, tailored to the NDIS audience.
- Utilize various marketing channels effectively, including online platforms, community events, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and service delivery objectives.
- Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS participants, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
- Stay updated on NDIS policies, regulations, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, **specifically within the NDIS or disability services sector.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)** and its operational framework.
- Proven track record of achieving marketing targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Australian work authorization is required.

**Salary**: $57,338.53 - $102,324.78 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
