Heritage Auto Group is a well-established new and used car dealership located in Lilydale, specialising in Kia, GMSV, SsangYong and quality pre-owned vehicles sales. Their AC Delco Service Centre has been purpose built to support the Holden, HSV and SsangYong maintenance programs.

To continue this success, Heritage Auto Group is seeking an experienced, customer focused Service Advisor to join their vibrant Service Department

To be considered, you will excel at establishing strong ongoing long-term relationships thereby creating outstanding customer confidence and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with the Service Customers. The extensive training program, ongoing support and attractive commission structure allow for guaranteed success

As a Service Advisor, you will have:

  • Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
  • Strong listening & problem solving skills
  • A positive, proactive and courteous approach to customers and colleagues
  • An enthusiastic, friendly and helpful attitude
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
  • Previous Service Advisor Experience in a High Volume Dealership Environment preferred but not essential
  • A Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Ability to complete a successful National Police Check
