**About the role**

The Talent Advisor will focus on sourcing and identifying talent from casual hires through to management roles, working across a highly diverse mix of role types in areas such as education, training, early learning, maintenance, and corporate.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Partnering with hiring managers on their recruitment needs and providing solutions to identify high-quality talent
- Identify efficient ways of working to improve the recruitment process and ensure quality results for each campaign
- Work with cross-functional teams on People (HR) and business-wide projects

This full-time permanent position is based in Lilydale and offers flexibility to blend work from home with time at the office. You will join our People & Culture team, who are committed to regularly visiting Cire's sites to build genuine partnerships and develop a deep understanding of what our people need to succeed.

**About you**

As a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment / Talent Advisor, you will have:

- Expertise in managing end to end recruitment processes
- Proven track record partnering with leaders to source and attract high-quality talent
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using a wide range of information technology systems and software with a proven ability to learn new systems with ease
- Experience in the community, not-for-profit or education sector would be advantageous
- Hold a valid and current approved Victorian Driver's License with access to a reliable car
- Currently hold, or be willing to undertake, certifications including a Working with Children Check, Australian Right to Work Check, and National Police Check
