About the Role
At Essendon Mitsubishi we are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dedicated service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you will be instrumental in delivering a seamless and positive experience from initial check-in to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries
  • Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate required work to guests
  • Liaise with technicians to provide timely and accurate vehicle status updates
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with guests throughout the service process
  • Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorized and completed to the highest standard

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presentation with a strong attention to detail
  • Current and valid driver's license
