The Opportunity

Lilydale Hyundai, GWM & LDV is seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our thriving dealership in Lilydale, VIC. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive.
  2. Handle enquiries, bookings, and transactions efficiently and effectively

  4. Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
