As an established provider of print, design, and promotional products in the heart of Sydney CBD, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in this full-time role.

Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries across a variety of platforms, including phone, email, and website
  • Assisting with the timely and accurate processing of quotes & orders.
  • Liaising with our production factory and 3rd party suppliers
  • Handling returned products and ensuring the best possible outcomes for the customers.
  • Taking care of general administration tasks.
  • Managing tasks related to products, orders, and deliveries in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal person will have:

  • Energy, drive, and a positive, customer-first attitude to deliver exceptional results.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in the print or promotional product industry.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient use of Quote & Print and Office 365.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to turn issues into positive customer experiences.
  • Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently and likes to have FUN
