We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Sydney team. This full-time, permanent role sits at the heart of customer experience, helping healthcare providers adopt and use HealthLink's secure messaging and connectivity solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for HealthLink customers, guiding new users through onboarding, maintaining accurate account information, and resolving queries quickly and professionally. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Project teams to ensure a seamless experience for every healthcare provider.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the onboarding of new customers and maintaining accurate account data.
  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email with care and professionalism.
  • Troubleshooting and escalating issues promptly with complete context.
  • Logging all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Supporting internal projects, pilots, and service rollouts.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships across teams and upholding data privacy standards.

You're friendly, detail-oriented, and take pride in providing high-quality service. You have a calm, solutions-focused approach and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve great outcomes for customers.

You will bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.

Desirable but not essential:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Exposure to healthcare, IT, or software environments.
