We are currently looking for an
MSO Account Manager
to drive growth across BiG's portfolio of customers. This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining strong relationships with Metcash and its MSO (Multi-Site Operator) network, ensuring best-in-class execution across product distribution, compliance, promotion, and merchandising.

The Account Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams and retail partners to identify growth opportunities and deliver on commercial objectives.

What you will do:

  • Deliver sales targets and objectives across Metcash and MSO channels.
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and execute tailored business plans that drive growth and deliver ROI.
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotional programs, and joint business plans.
  • Implement marketing and field initiatives in line with customer strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reviews and business insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure products are executed in-store in line with BiG's standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and reports.
  • Support forecasting processes with accurate and timely input.
  • Continuously identify and pursue new opportunities to grow presence and share across the MSO network.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • 18 months + of National / Account Management experience in FMCG.
  • Experience working with syndicated data tools such as Circana or Nielsen.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of delivering mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Experience working with Metcash, its subsidiaries, and MSOs at a national or large-scale level is highly regarded.
