The Opportunity

About You

Essential Experience:

· years account management or business development in IT/SaaS

·       Proven track record meeting 100%+ of revenue targets

·       Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Azure, or Business Applications)

·       Established relationships with mid-market decision makers employees)

What Success Looks Like:

Maintaining healthy pipeline (3-4x quarterly target)

·       Conducting 6-8 meaningful customer meetings per week

·       Growing existing accounts by 15-25% annually through strategic expansion

Key Responsibilities

·       Act as the primary point of contact for assigned mid-market clients.

·       Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding business priorities and linking them to our  solutions and AI consulting services.

·       Conduct Technology Business Reviews (TBRs) to showcase delivered value, identify new opportunities, and reinforce Digital Armour's strategic role.

·       Grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling AI pilots, managed services, cybersecurity, and Microsoft licensing.

·       Partner with presales consultants and solution architects to scope AI use cases and Business Applications implementations.

·       Own revenue and gross profit targets for assigned accounts.

·       Track, report, and forecast account performance (licensing renewals, managed services contracts, AI pilot conversions).

·       Negotiate contracts, renewals, and scope expansions in alignment with company profitability goa
ls.

To achieve the above, you will be:

·       Supported by dedicated presales consultants and solution architects

·       Provided with CRM tools and marketing qualified leads

·       Backed by proven methodology and customer success frameworks

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA desirable but not essential).

·      4–6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development in IT, SaaS, or Consulting.

·      Demonstrated experience managing mid-market.

·      Proven success in driving account growth (upsell, cross-sell, renewals) and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.

·      Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Copilot, Purview, Defender, M365 licensing).

·      Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, ability to engage with CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and GMs.

·      Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving offers and campaigns.

·      Passion for AI, innovation, and digital transformation.
